Service

PulseBoard provides a daily standup, project management, and AI-insights platform. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The first user to sign in for a domain becomes the org's super-admin.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, abuse rate limits, send malware via our notification surfaces, or use PulseBoard to harass anyone. We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these.

Billing

Pro and Enterprise plans bill in advance per cycle. We never auto-charge above the seat count agreed at the start of the cycle. Upgrades are prorated.

Liability

Standard SaaS limitations apply. Our maximum aggregate liability is the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days' notice. We'll keep your data for 30 days post-termination so you can export it, then delete it.
